General matters

  • Rent week:
    • High season/ school holidays: Saturday 15.00 o’clock until Saturday 10.00 o’clock .
    • Other periods in consultation.
  • Vb recreatie - caravanverhuur
    reserves the rights to assign another (equal / bigger) caravan
  • Minimum rent period 1 week.
  • Our caravans are non smoking
  • Pets are not allowed in our caravans/accommodation.
  • The use of sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases is obliged for hygienic reasons.
  • You have to bring your own kitchen-, bed- and bath linens
  • On each pitch max. 1 car is allowed.
  • An additional small tent (including air mattresses and sleeping bags) is allowed, you have to bring it yourself. Using quilts and pillows from the caravan is prohibited.
  • In case of earlier arriving in the high season /school holidays you run the risk of finding the caravan not ready yet.

Payments

  • On confirmation 35% of the rent should be paid within two weeks (minimum of €150,00).
  • The remaining amount has to be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Reservations made 10 weeks prior to arrival have to be paid at once.
  • If payments are not made in time
    Vb recreatie - caravanverhuur
    reserves the right to cancel the reservation (after sending a reminder). The tenant will be held responsible for the costs of the cancelling (see below).
  • Local tax ( € 0,75 - € 1,00 per adult per night) has to be paid on checking out.
  • End cleaning will be done by a third party. The costs for the end cleaning (€ 50,= per reservation) have to be paid on checking out.
  • Note! No discount on discount will be given and it is not possible to use two offers at the same time!

Cancellations

  • Only written cancellations are allowed.
  • Unfortunately costs cannot be avoided.
  • Until 8 weeks before the day of arrival 25% of the rent (with a minimum of €150,00).
  • Between 8 and 4 weeks before the day of arrival 50% of the rent
  • Between 4 weeks and the day of arrival the full rent.

Vb recreatie - caravanverhuur accepts no liability for:

  • damage and/or injuries arising from your journey and/or stay.
  • loss/theft or damage of your personal belongings and money
  • information which has been provided orally or by telephone

Camp-site rules

Being a guest of Vb recreatie-caravanverhuur  you are a guest of the camp-site as well and you need to keep the camp-site rules. The rules on each camp-site can be different and contain all rules applying for the respective camp site. You will get a copy of those rules or you will find them on the camp-site.

Generally the camp-sites see to strictly on compliance with the rules and are often less flexible than we are. Breaking the camp-site rules is on your own risk and we cannot undo the measures made by the camp-site.

Vb recreatie-caravanverhuur  accepts no liability for anything.

Complaints

We try do everything to let your holiday go smoothly, Vb recreatie - caravanverhuur cannot take responsibility for any mistakes and changed circumstances.

However, the situation may arise that you are not fully satisfied about your caravan.

In that case you can report incompleteness or deficiencies (of the caravan) to the reception of the camp-site. For other cases please contact Vb recreatie-caravanverhuur.

You can expect to arrive in an clean caravan. If there is anything not to your satisfaction please report this on the day of arrival to the reception of the camp-site so that, if necessary, action can be taken.

Complaints, which are not reported, cannot be treated afterwards in the Netherlands (or any other country)

If your, justified, complaint is not solved properly, you can file a written complaint to Vb recreatie-caravanverhuur within two weeks after your stay.

We promise we will do our utmost to arrive at a satisfying solution.      

Deposit

The deposit for a caravan is € 300,00  and has to be paid within two weeks after receiving the confirmation

Extra cleaning costs may be charged e.g. for the cassette toilet, if it is not empty and has not been cleaned. We will also have to withhold the full deposit if the caravan has been smoked in and if the fridge smells dirty and cannot be cleaned anymore.

On leaving you have to fill in the checklist together with the manager (reception) on the spot. Any damage or broken parts have to be reported at the reception of the camp-site immediately and have to be mentioned on the checklist.

The deposit will be returned after the rent period on your account a.s.a.p., if the accommodation was delivered tidy, cleaned and free of damage.                                        
Control will take place on checking out by means of a checklist.

If the costs of the end cleaning (€ 50,=) have not been paid, € 100,= of the deposit will be deducted.

Take care of the damage -top 3 and prevent deduction of your deposit!

Damage-top 3

  1. Holes and dents in desktops and tables caused by objects falling from the upper cupboards
  2. Scratched windows caused by “scraping off” insects and dirt. Synthetic windows have to be cleaned just by making them wet and dry them with a chammy.
  3. Scratches and dents in the sheet metal work caused by putting tables, chairs and skis against the caravan. Please, don’t ever place objects against the sides of the caravan.
